This was the heaviest snow Spring City has had in 6 years. This area gets a few light snows a year and has only had one snow in six years that made it difficult to get out. The upper level has a loft open area suitable for an office or small sitting area, there is also a full bath, and two bedrooms. There are paddle fans in each bedroom and the loft. Internet wiring installed. One bedroom closet is equipped with craft type shelving perfect for the seamstress, quilter, crafter or hobbyist. It has a beautiful view of the lake. There is an open area for a second bedroom but this temporary wall that can be taken down if you want the area open. There are two big closets in that room. Would make a nice area for workout equipment or pool table. The main bedroom is a day sleeper's dream. Close the door and it is pitch black! A great safe place to go to during storms too. The basement has two large sliding doors for a great view of the lake. The two car garage is partially insulated as the first owner lived in the upstairs apartment as they were building the home and their daughter had her bed in it. There are two separate garage doors with automatic openers. It stays cool in the summer which is great for storage. A built in workbench and shelving add utility. A small lean-to is built onto the back of the garage for quick access to lawnmowers, yard tools etc. Many possibilities for it's usage.
